Comfort & Performance
Being a catamaran, the Lightning provides a safe and very stable platform for excellent stability and handling in rough, choppy waters. The vessel propulsion is via twin Cummins 8.3-liter engines with a total of 1,200 horsepower with jet drives. Top speed is approximately 34 knots with a cruise speed of approximately 27 knots.
In addition to the aforementioned, the cabin is fully heated and provides comfortable seating for 12 passengers along with a spacious head/restroom.
Convenience & Utility
The Lightning was designed for luxury AND utility. The vessel provides a fully lit deck with side-cut deck doors on either side of the vessel as well as a large dive platform with a deck door at the stern providing easy access for boarding/de-boarding the vessel greatly limiting the sometimes dangerous obstacle of negotiating one’s way over the gunnel or stern of another vessel.
The Lightning has a current US Coast Guard Certificate of Inspection for 18 passengers (plus the crew of 2). So whether you’re looking to accommodate just a few people or a large party, we’re here for you.
El Tigre is a 34’ X 10.5’ high-speed aluminum catamaran. Being that it a catamaran, it is a very stable vessel and provides a very smooth ride in choppy conditions. El Tigre is powered by twin Suzuki 350 outboard engines
and has a top speed of approximately 43 knots and a cruise speed of approximately 32 knots.
The cabin is heated and provides seating for 6 passengers. El Tigre is available for deployment a chase boat/yacht tender as well as other assist related tasks.
